So far gang stalkers and mobbers have gotten away with their UNREMITTING HARASSMENT because they use every day behavior in their gang stalking and mobbing. But gang stalking/mobbing behavior can be distinguished from ordinary behavior by its REPETITION AND DURATION. I believe a mathematician with expertise in the probability of coincidences is the authority who could make that distinction from videotape of the gang stalking/mobbing behavior.
Collecting Data
Both researchers and targets of Organized Gang Stalking need to collect data about what is going on. Here are some suggestions as to how to go about it.
1. Collect baseline data. You can do that inexpensively by setting-up an analogue camera that stays on stand-by indefinitely connected to a VCR or DVD recorder. Aim it out your window where most of the Organized Gang Stalking takes place. You can get 4 to 8 hours of recording by setting the DVD or VCR recorder to "LP."
There are also more expensive, more sophisticated ways of doing this: http://www.vigilanceandsecurity.com/product/SG19LD8416-4PK
I'm not recommending the equipment in the above link. It's just an example of the set-ups that are out there.
2. Carry a camcorder with you when you go outside your home to videotape what you see when you exit or enter your home. Keep a log in a bound notebook of the instances of gang stalking you see. Record the times and what you see. If nothing write - nothing seen.
Your baseline set-up will give you AVERAGE behavior seen over an 8 hour period, each and every day. Average number of vehicles who pass your house during each of those eight hours, average number of people who pass your house.
The camcorder you carry will allow a comparison between what you "see" and the average instances of different behavior over eight hour periods.
A mathematician on the basis of the baseline data and the data on the camcorder which records what you see would be able to calculate the chances of seeing different kinds of behavior. He would calculate "the Poisson distribution, the number of events per unit of time" (a mathematician gave me advice about this model). He told me, "If the gang-stalkers start skewing the data by sending more red vehicles down your street the Fisher exact test using the number of red vehicles in the surrounding community as a reference may show something is going on." In other words there are more difficult equations that can be used if the gang stalkers try to skew the data as well as "web pate calculators". A mathematician can be called in as an expert to help you with them.
We see the worst part of humanity - organized gang stalkers. But you will probably find that there are many good people - some mathematicians, for instance, who will help you to set up a system for gathering hard data on Organized Gang Stalking.
For civil lawsuits against surrounding neighbors, for instance, doing Same Time Exit/Entry Gang Stalking every time the target leaves or enters her house, my advice would be to consult with a mathematician with expertise in the area of THE PROBABILITY OF COINCIDENCES to assist you with details - how long to set up the camcorder, what to record etc. - which the MATHEMATICIAN WITH EXPERTISE IN THE PROBABILITY OF COINCIDENCES WOULD ANALYZE IN A COURTROOM AND DRAW CONCLUSIONS. This would probably be the best way to gather data for the prosecution of organized gang stalking behavior because gang stalking behavior differs from ordinary behavior in its REPETITION AND DURATION.
