THE PURPOSE OF GOVERNMENT IS TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed," it states in our Declaration of Independence.

In a Nazi country it might be okay for a dictator to declare a part of the population unfit. The Nazi believed in their country's Exceptionalism and the need to purify their nation to make it unified. They scorned ideas about the rights of man, democracy, and individualism.

But America thought of itself as different from a Nazi country, because we believed in the Rule of Law - that no Executive/Dictator was above the law, that no citizen could be punished by the state unless that person broke the law, that no one could be convicted of breaking the law without a proceeding prescribed by law. But with the Rise of the American Stasi all that has changed. Now we have a segment of the population - First Responders and Neighborhood Watch Groups - at the behest of our Chief Executive visiting a Reign of Terror via ORGANIZED GANG STALKING in the UNREMITTING HARASSMENT of citizens.

What has been lost is the idea of DUE PROCESS - the idea that a person has legal rights under the law and that the government must respect the legal rights of the person and not harm a person without following the law.

What are the people to do when the government sets up a Stasi, puts a subset of the population on lists, and charges First Responders and Neighborhood Watch groups to surveill a part of the population and to harass them unremittingly?
Those in the population outraged by their government trashing the Rule of Law can set up a WATCH, a GOVERNMENT WATCH, to monitor the behavior of government to make sure it conforms to the Rule of Law. GOVERNMENT WATCH is not an organization, but an activity that we all must do if we want to Restore the Rule of Law in America.

The purpose of Government Watch is to monitor the behavior of those who are taking away our liberty using tactics such as Organized Gang Stalking and to report what we see to our Inspectors General.

It is the job of Inspectors General to investigate the behavior of various governmental agencies and military organizations and to report misconduct. We have 73 Offices of Inspector Generals. One of their responsibilities is to stop government abuse. The focus of GOVERNMENT WATCH should be the offices of:
Department of Homeland Security - Office of Inspector General
Department of Justice - Office of Inspector General

In addition, we can report government abuse to our Representatives in Congress and the Chairpersons of the Intelligence Committees in the House of Representatives and the Senate.

It is only when MANY CITIZENS all over the country begin to monitor abuses by their government and to report such abuses on an ongoing basis to the appropriate Offices of Inspector Generals, to our Representatives, and to the Chairpersons of our Intelligence Committees, THAT TOGETHER WE CAN HELP RESTORE THE RULE OF LAW.
