GOVERNMENT
WATCH – Something We All Need To Do
For further information go to: http://www.nostasi.com
First
Responders and Neighborhood Watch Groups using RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or
carrying RED are using a tactic called Organized Gang Stalking in the
UNREMITTING HARASSMENT of citizens.
Below is a list of things to look out for. If you SEE something in your neighborhood, SAY something.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - If you SEE Government Abuse, SAY SOMETHING to Oversight Agencies
Organized
Gang Stalking behavior (Government Abuse) is just like everyday
behavior. What distinguishes Organized Gang Stalking behavior (Government
Abuse) from everyday behavior is its REPETITION
and DURATION.
For instance, when a target of this Government Abuse comes out of their
home, a neighbor might simultaneously be walking by - that is ordinary behavior
we see in a neighborhood. But if every time
a target of this Government Abuse comes out of their home someone is walking by it could be Gang Stalkers using
the Gang Stalking tactic, Same Time Exit/Entry,
where they stalk the target of Government Abuse
by having a Gang Stalker pass by every time the target of Government Abuse
comes out of their home.
Beside the REPETITION and
DURATION of the
behavior you are observing indicating Government Abuse/Organized Gang Stalking,
other indications might be the complaints of the person that they are being
targeted in Organized Gang Stalking, your observing more than one type of
behavior that is often associated with Organized
Gang Stalking.
The Gang Stalkers doing the Gang Stalking will be ordinary people -
Neighborhood Watch Group members or First Responders.
The only way we are going to STOP Government
Abuse/Organized Gang Stalking in our
neighborhoods is to REPORT it to the appropriate bodies charged with Government
Oversight when we see it.
THE
FOLLOWING ORDINARY BEHAVIORS WHEN USED REPEATEDLY OVER LONG PERIODS OF TIME MAY
BE AN INDICATION OF ORGANIZED GANG STALKING/GOVERNMENT ABUSE.
1.
SAME TIME EXIT/ENTRY
Examples:
a. The target comes out of their home, a Gang Stalker passes by – often wearing
RED.
b. The target comes out of their home. A neighbor who is doing Gang
Stalking comes out of their home at the same time.
c. The target comes out of their car after arriving at a destination. A
First Responder passes by - either a fireman IN HIS FIRE TRUCK, a policeman IN
A POLICE CAR, an EMT, or an ambulance driver.
d. The target goes to their vehicle. A First Responder passes by - either a fireman IN HIS FIRE TRUCK, a
policeman IN A POLICE CAR, an EMT, or an ambulance driver.
e. The target arrives at a destination in their car. As they get out of
their car a Gang Stalker wearing RED passes by or a Gang Stalker in a RED car
or truck passes by.
f. The target goes into a store - a Gang Stalker wearing RED comes out of
the store. Since Government Abuse/Organized Gang Stalking uses GPS to
track targets and after observing the target's behaviors in Gang Stalking gets
to know their patterns, the Gang Stalkers wearing RED or in RED cars or trucks
are often at locations the target frequents BEFORE THEY GET THERE.
g. The target pulls into a parking space. A Gang Stalker passes behind
the target in a RED car or truck.
h. The target goes into a store they usually frequent. A Gang Stalker
wearing or carrying RED will follow them into the store.
i. The target goes to a store they usually frequent. Gang Stalkers wearing or carrying RED will be standing
outside the store or across the street where they can be seen by the target.
j. The target comes out of a store. A Gang Stalker wearing or carrying RED or a RED car or truck
passes in front of him.
2.
NOISE TO HARASS
Examples:
a. The target takes a walk. Gang Stalkers in the neighborhood use power
equipment to harass.
b. The target takes a walk. Car alarms are set off.
c. The target takes a walk or picks up their mail or takes out the
garbage. Siren Sounds.
d. The target goes outside. There is BEEPING. Sometimes the BEEPING
can be even a few blocks away. In its PSY-OPS program the government uses
devious kinds of behaviors.
e. The target goes outside. Power equipment is started so there is noise
every time the target goes outside their home.
f. Noise is used to wake up the target in the morning to cause sleep
deprivation - power equipment, barking dogs, hammering.

3. TRASH/VANDALISM
Examples:
a. Dead animals are thrown on the target's property.
b. Graffiti is put on the target's property.
c. Trash is thrown on the target's property.
d. The target's property is vandalized - garbage cans slashed, handles on
mailboxes cut.
|
|
4. INTIMIDATION WITH ANIMALS
a. Dogs are let off their leashes and run up
to the target.
b. A car with an open window and a barking dog inside is stationed at the
entrance of a place the target walks.
c. A man with a dog on a leash or off a leash will be next to a target's car,
so that the target will feel intimidated - having been harassed with dogs off
their leashes by Gang Stalkers - when they go to their car.
d. Exotic animals are brought to the vicinity of the target - big snakes,
other types of reptiles etc.

5. ANCHORING
An Anchor is a stimulus that evokes a
response. Gang Stalkers use anchoring to try to elicit a negative state
in the target. Our brain works to automatically form associations
between stimuli. It works like this. A target is Gang
Stalked. Gang Stalking elicits a negative emotional state in the
target. All the Gang Stalkers expose the target to another stimulus -
the anchor - for instance, "lawnmowers left on lawns." Each
day as the target rides in his car through his neighborhood he sees the
people who have previously been gang stalking him have all left their
lawnmowers out in the front of their lawns. Now when the target goes
into other neighborhoods - where gang stalking may also be occurring, since
it is sometimes done through Neighborhood Watch Groups, he sees a lawn mower
left on a lawn, and a negative emotional state is elicited in the target.
Anchors can
be any stimulus that all the Gang Stalkers use. Some common anchors
used in Gang Stalking are:
a. car door open
b. house door open
c. a color, for instance, the color RED
d. open trunk of a car
e. lawn mower left on lawn
f. garage door open
g. porch lights on or turned on and off

|
6. SOCIAL ISOLATION
The Gang
Stalkers/Our Government tries to isolate the target by getting all
surrounding neighbors to gang stalk the target.
|
|
7. PORTRAYING THE TARGET AS MENTALLY ILL
Gang
Stalkers may call various mental health services with complaints the target
is acting strangely.
