We need to write letters to our legislators saying that:
1. Throughout her history America has violated the civil liberties of her citizens but especially in War time:

2. We need to reinstate anti-COINTELPRO regulations.
3. We now have another COINTELPRO program that is using organized gang stalking by first responders and Citizen Stalkers as a tactic.
4. We need to implement the recommendations of the Church Committee Report which addressed abuses by the FBI and other intelligence agencies.
5. We need to implement the recommendations of the ACLU. http://www.aclu.org/america-unrestored
6. We need greater oversight of fusion centers. States need to adopt bills such as Senate bill No. 931 that is currently before the Massachusetts legislature.

7. We need to make a person who initiates organized gang stalking against another person guilty of a hate crime.
